Are your products authentic?

• We only sell 100% authentic products. All items are genuine branded products and originate directly from the brand. We stand firm behind the authenticity of our merchandises. Furthermore, Singapore has strict laws in place and does not allow fake goods to be sold. We have showrooms in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia operating daily, if there is any doubt with the authenticity of our goods, customers can contact us anytime. Clients can also request for country of origin certificates which can be provided for with a surcharge fee to the client.

Why are your prices so low?

• We removed all the unnecessary costs attributed to the layers of middle-men, without any high operating expenses, fees, commissions, or unreasonable distribution markups. Our business model was originally (and still is) intended as a service provided to architecture and interior design and related type of companies to aid their procurement requirements for projects. This model has now been extended to retail clients or home owners allowing everyone to enjoy the well-known branded products from Europe or America without the high costs associated with it.

Do you provide warranty on your products?

• We provide warranties for products purchased and delivered within Singapore. For international deliveries, we can only guarantee that what we sell is original and brand new. However, if you require any repair or cleaning services for your products, we will be glad to assist you to find a suitable and reputable company that specializes in that field.

What is your exchange & return policy?

• All the items sold cannot be returned. If purchases consisting of products from our Retail brands for deliveries within Singapore, an exchange is possible within 7 days if the item is unused and all tags, cards and parts of the products are in their original condition. The original receipt must be present as well. We do not provide any exchanges for purchases consisting of products from our Contracts brands.

• Discounts vary depending on the brand and models, with discounts ranging from 20% to as high as 70%.
