HOSPITALITYDESIGN: Palisociety Announces Expansion and New Brand

Los Angeles-based hospitality company Palisociety is set to further grow its influence across the U.S. with six new concepts slated to roll out through 2023. In addition to openings under its signature Palisociety and ARRIVE by Palisociety banners, a new brand, Le Petit Pali, will be introduced next year. With three properties already on the docket in California, the forthcoming brand will provide a highly tailored guest experience inspired by upscale European bed and breakfasts.

“On the heels of an incredible few years of trepidation in the hotel business, we are elated to grow and nurture our brand into a new chapter of momentum,” says Palisociety founder Avi Brosh. “Over the past 20 years, we’ve defined ourselves as a design-forward, neighborhood-centric hotel company focused on a highly personalized, proprietor-driven approach to hospitality, and it is evident that today’s guest appreciates that distinct point of view, perhaps now more than ever.”

Scheduled to open in the final quarter of 2022, Palihouse West Hollywood and Palihotel Hollywood will expand the company’s presence in LA. Distinguished by European grandeur through a localized lens, Palihouse West Hollywood will house 95 guestrooms as well as a pool, lobby lounge, and two F&B options. Palihotel Hollywood will breathe a contemporary sensibility across a revamped 1980s motor lodge, where 76 guestrooms will be housed along with an oversized pool and courtyard and a new restaurant concept. The upscale experience will feature both custom and vintage furnishings.

Kicking off 2023, Palihotel San Diego will debut in the city’s Gaslamp Quarter with a preppy and contemporary ethos. The nautical property will be home to 122 guestrooms, a restaurant, and rooftop venue. The intimate 36-room Palihouse Hyde Park Village will also open in Tampa, Florida in Q3 of 2023 and feature a European-style appeal.

ARRIVE will launch properties in New Orleans and Albuquerque, New Mexico next year, beginning with a 93-room retreat in the Big Easy. The neighborhood-focused ARRIVE New Orleans will comprise an outdoor pool, lush courtyard, rooftop space, coffee shop, and restaurant, while ARRIVE Albuquerque will occupy a renovated midcentury hotel and house 135 guestrooms, meeting spaces, an indoor-outdoor Italian concept, pool lounge, and patio.
